For years, Rachel experienced a "stuck" feeling in her jobs, feeling stressed, tired, helpless and frustrated. Here's the irony: She had done yoga and meditation for years, but every time She would go near her office/cubicle/desk, her brain would instantly go to the "here's where you feel stressed" place! She finally got tired of feeling like this and decided to do something about it. Studying metaphysical subjects, including yoga, meditation, and parapsychology, for over 20 years, has been a passion of her's and has evolved into an intuitive and coaching practice for others. In January 2016, She founded Soulful Work Intuitive Consulting to help others transform their lives by working with thoughts, emotions and energy, tapping into the purpose their inner selves seek to find fulfillment and alignment in their lives and workplaces. And She does this through primarily with practical, real-life tools through individual coaching, offering group workshops, writing articles and blog posts (and I've got a book in the works), interviewing people in a podcast and offering online course. Like the owl (her animal of wisdom), She can see underneath the veil.
